Hyvää nimipäivää Mira!

Today in Finland every woman who has the name Mira is celebreting her name day,hehe.Lucky we also have a girl Mira in the band PMMP,so we wish her a hyvää nimipäivää!!!

Today and tomorrow PMMP will give the last two concerts in Nosturi and after that will come a break of two months and in July they come back on stage to sing at Finnish festivals.I will post soon the new dates on Tour topic and let’s hope that very soon we are going to have a brand new gallery as the last one give some error

Lautturi video coming soon

We all know that Lautturi is the second single from the album Veden Varaan and it is already palyed in the Finnish radios.

So that’s why on 7th May on the Finnish Tv,more exactly on The Voice Tv will be play for the first time the official video of Lautturi at the hours 7.10 and 9.10.

PMMP’s Paula Vesala reacts with much humor the promoted envy of the The Rasmus fans.
PMMP’s singer Paula Vesala,27, had received some of the jealousy of the Southern American The Rasmus fans.
Frontman and singer of The Rasmus, Lauri Ylönen, PMMP Paula Vesala’s pair had their first born son last spring and the couple is together for a long time.
Paula Vesala is originally from Hämeenlinna, and on YouTube there can already be found threatening videos targeting her, made by The Rasmus fans.
- I know about this for over a year now. That is the fan-culture of the youth of South America, Vesala explained to the newspaper.
Yesterday, Paula Vesala pointed out for IS that she haven’t really spent sleepless nights because of the videos.
- Personally, the threats doesn’t affects me in any way, Vesala said, referring to the fanatics.
Vesala is wondering though that the provider haven’t yet removed the videos from YouTube, even though their own band’s fans and some of the site’s admins asked so.
Paula Vesala is currently busy with PMMP’s MayDay celebration to end the tour in Helsinki. The band’s Veden Varaan album is now in Finland on the first place of best selling albums on the official lists.
The Rasmus is an internationally successful Finnish band. The band has a really high popularity in Central and South America.
The fifth The Rasmus album, Dead Letters(2003) is the currently the best sold Finnish album worldwide.

PMMP at April Jazz

PMMP will play today in Espoo on April Jazz Festival,who take place from 22th april till 26th  april.Last year Mira Luoti was also there and sing a few songs.
